Services
Finding high levels of radon in the home has nothing do to with the age, quality, or upkeep of the home. Some scientific studies of radon exposure indicate that children may be more sensitive to radon. This may be due to their higher respiration rate and their rapidly dividing cells, which may be more vulnerable to radiation damage.

It was a pleasure to work with Christian. He was very professional, friendly and upbeat throughout our interactions. Christian made sure that we had time to look at and talk through each of the house's major systems and gave solid answers to any questions that I had. Working with inspection pro was overall amazing. They will inspect ever inch of your property that they can get to. They even went above and beyond expectations to make another appointment to inspect housing equipment that they could not get to the day of inspection. They will even make sure you understand and answer every question you have. Even the report he sends to you is easy to read and understand and is will to answer any questions that may arise with the report as well. My overall experience with them was over the top.

I'm buying a new home and now feel very comfortable with the condition of it due to Christian. He was incredibly thorough when describing the issues, the costs of repairs, if they were fixed easy enough for a homeowner to complete. He is honestly the most in depth home inspector that I ever had, spending well over an hour explaining every important system of our house, and although not even covered by the inspection, he checked the shed that we're getting too. I highly recommend him to anyone going through the home buying process. He takes a lot of the stress of this purchase.

Christian did an excellent job! He did a inspection on a house for us and we weren’t there due to covid which actually worked out good. (Didn’t have to take time off work) He did a very thorough detailed inspection. Pictures were very well taken and the layout of the report was very organized.
