If our home inspector finds sagging ceilings, he will investigate further to determine if there is further structural damage. There is quite a bit of wear on the staircase in the home and could benefit from a new finish to accent the home. My family and I were looking to purchase a home, and we decided it would be a good idea to have a home inspection done just to be on the safe side. Wilson Built It was referred to me by a co-worker. We are house shopping and wanted an experienced inspector we could depend on for a thorough inspection. Not only did we get a thorough inspection, but we received the report, with quality pictures, that day. When I called to schedule on a Friday, they were able to come on the following Monday as we were working with a short timeframe.
