GREAT experience. I'm pregnant and have 3 young children and I couldn't get another company to come out fast enough when our ac went out in the heat of the summer. I called and Joe was there that evening. He diagnosed the problem and had to order a special part but had it in a timely manner and got us fixed up so quickly AND for an extremely fair price. I will call him every time we need any service he can provide!

We made a late call to Bay Air Conditioning and they arrived first thing the next morning. They got us a quote, financing and had us scheduled for a replacement for our outside unit by the evening. They were back the next morning installing it and by time I went back to work after my lunch hour, we had cold air blowing in the house again at a price hundreds of dollars cheaper than other quotes we'd received the previous day. Our experience was nothing but positive!
