Glenn is the most top notch professional property manager in Florida and probably in the entire United States!!! He cares about your property and always keeps his clients informed. He collects the rent on time and handles issues with tenant needs, if any, very efficiently. Luckily I stumbled upon My Area Realty and after a year I can see why they are so highly recommended. Since I started using their service Glenn has been absolutely the best. He is informative, responsive, and professional. I doubt if there is a better property manager in existence, that is how good he is. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking a property manager.
