We use a powerful combination of marketing techniques to generate interest in your vacancy, including syndicated digital listings & traditional advertising techniques. We offer professional photos to illustrate the property and are proud to lease units faster than our competition. All applicants undergo careful screening to ensure we place the best tenants possible.

We use background and financial checks to qualify applicants and identify potential red flags. If a tenant we placed does not work out in the first six months, we will find you another qualified tenant at no cost. We handle all billing and collections and promptly deposit the proceeds in the owner's account twice a month.

We have over 10 years of experience in Palm Beach and Broward County. Our team is knowledgeable of the market including rental rates and qualified vendors. The owners of the business have a portfolio of residential assets that are managed by Kanga. Our team is always at your service and ready to help with all of your rental property's needs.
After we review the information provided, our team will contact your client and walk them through the management options. Every time a client you refer to us signs a property management contract, we pay up to $250 per door for every referral. Don't lose out on the opportunity to work with good clients.
Blocked toilets are usually caused by something blocking the system, and will need to be unclogged. Flush the system once, and use a plunger to gradually pump the blockage through the system. Avoid flushing the toilet too much while it is blocked, as this will cause an overflow.

To diagnose the issue of a non-flushing toilet, remove the cover on the back of the toilet to view the flushing system and make sure the flapper element is attached and working.Rule out equipment failure by trying to power the equipment from another outlet. If you suspect that the outlet is the problem, reset the breaker to see if this resolves the issue.

When I first moved into my apartment, the property management was different and honestly very unprofessional. I wanted to give this review, not to Kanga, but to Tyler (property management). Ever since he decided to come on board with Kanga, it has been a drastic difference. I lived in one of their properties in West Palm Beach for 3 years, of which they managed 2. It was awesome to be able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online quickly and easily but also have a person at the office (May!) whenever I needed to speak to someone. They were fast and thorough with any maintenance issues. Would definitely rent again.

I’ve rented from Kanga just shy of 2 years. Kanga Property Management’s whole team is entirely understanding, down to earth and helpful in every aspect. May is such a delightful person to work with! She finds a way to find a common ground and whether it’s as simple as a question about a maintenance request or as serious as a family illness, she always reminds you ‘everything will be ok!’ Tyler has been awesome as well!! Giving them a one star for unprofessional and lack of customer service. Went to see two of Kanga's properties, but my mother and I had some questions before wanting to fill out the application so I called the 561 number on the page and left a message with the leasing agent to please return my call and never received nothing. Then the next morning my mother tried calling and again left a voicemail and didn't get a return call so we went to their office location and the receptionist told us she would let the leasing agent know and still nothing. So finally we decide to fill out 2 applications $80

I had 2 days to move in because of a work emergency and they moved everything around in order to help me. May, at the main office was so kind, patient, empathetic and helpful. Beverly, who was my leasing coordinator was so professional and friendly at all times. Joel, the property manager, helped me with my walk through and answered my many many questions and concerns while remaining patient and friendly. I have worked with several property management companies while working in real estate, and I have to say that Kanga has given me one of the best experiences as a tenant. And once, I purchase my
