We are a boutique property management company offering personalized property management services by seasoned property managers - where your manager knows what's going on in the community and cares. We perform all of your property management needs including. Financial Management (collection of dues, financial reporting, late notices, coordination with the attorney, etc.)
Our rental management truly does take the headache out of your investment property, and better yet, can maximize your bottom line! We will take care of finding the right tenant for your property including pulling a criminal and eviction report. We will contact you with any out of the ordinary expenses or issues with the property or tenant.
All buyers and renters must submit a background application on all individuals 18 years of age and older. Please compete the below Background Application and submit it to our office at least seven (7) days prior to the closing or move-in date. All estoppel requests must be submitted in writing. Please use the below Estoppel Request form and submit it to our office at least fourteen (14) days prior to closing.
Alexander Borell is a Real Estate attorney in South Florida and one of the original founders of this management company. He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and started his own practice seven years later. He now has offices in Miami Lakes, West Palm Beach, and Coral Gables.
