I bought a Groupon deal for a cracked screen, the man up front tried to tell me I needed a new LCD screen, not just the glass, HOWEVER MY PHONE WAS TURNED OFF!! you have no idea if a LCD screen is broke just by looking at a phone that is turned off! I called to have the screen replaced for my phone. When I got there, no problem, gave me a price and told me it would be ready the next day (within 24 hours). I had an appointment the following day so I informed them I would be picking up the phone the next day. I call the next day (48 hours later) and he told me my phone would be ready within 30 minutes. Slightly annoyed, I said okay. I finished up some shopping that took me well over an hour, then I called back and said I just want to make sure my phone is ready

Criminals. They've been caught selling stolen phones. They have been sued. DO NOT GO HERE. These guys will literally scam you, and from the reviews it looks like they've done it to everyone else too. I took my iPhone in for repair at Cell Fix (4025 Hwy 6 N STE # 106, Houston, TX 77084).
Very dishonest shop.
1. Told me one price over the phone and it more than doubled upon arrival
2. Told me a pick up time.. ended up keeping my phone for an additional 36hrs.
3. My phone had no previous battery issues but now it wont stay charged for more than a few minutes. assuming someone gave me a used battery to con me into more work?
4.Phone resets several times a day.
I went here because they have a ton of 5 star reviews (based on my experience im going to bet most of those are fake or "paid" reviews

Paid $200 to have my phone repaired and they told me it had a 14-day warranty (no other information was given...only that there was a 14-day warranty). I left and it was pouring down rain and went to a store to purchase a new screen protector and of course dropped it and it cracked again. I take it in, but of course they said it would be another $200. I just wish businesses showed a little compassion now days. If there were stipulations to their warranty, there should be paperwork explaining such when you pick your phone up. Maybe I am completely aware that it's not their fault, but a warranty

Took my iphone XR to be fixed the dude told 1 day to fix. 2 days after he says its gonna take a little longer, and on the third day he tells me they dont have a part to fix it. I finally get my phone back 5days after and i feel like they overcharged me. Not only that they didnt properly re seal it. My iphone now makes a clicking sound when i press the bottom of it.

Paid 300 dollars for repair on a Note 20. It's obvious they have no clue how to work with high end phones. Took them 3 days instead of 1 day as promised and when I picked it up, they had actually damaged the back cover of the phone and the guy trying to tell me "that usually happens when we fix inside the display WTH???

Avoid this place! I went in for an LCD screen repair right before Christmas. While they had my phone the employee used my phone to give the company a 5 star review!!! The cheap screen they used had lines through it and a random blue dot towards the top. One employee argued with me and refused to do anything. The other one told me that he would order me the original screen and replace it at no charge. They replaced it on 12/29 but the replacement screen was still cheap with lines. I decided it wasn't worth the fight. Today I look down and there are random lines going through the screen and

This is not even the bad part. The worst part is I had to take BOTH devices to Apple for repair because they used substandard parts and the devices that only went in for a screen replacement did not work a few days later. BUYER BEWARE. NOT HONEST AND THEY USE SUBSTANDARD PARTS. If your device is under warranty as one of mine was, it was voided because of Cell Fix shoddy repairs that caused damage to my devices

People are a scam... bought the $55 Groupon that said they will fix your screen and then got there and they still charged us $155. I paid it because I really needed the phone fixed. So I ended up paying $210 to get my screen fixed and they said 1 hour and then tried to keep the phone over night. I refused to let them shut down with my phone due to needing it and they seemed upset. I asked them to just give me my phone since they were going to close with my phone and they didn't want to give me my phone back. Worst place to ever take your phone to do business. I want my refund back with Groupon

This place is shady - they gave a time estimate of 90 minutes and said they would call when it's ready. We dropped off the phone to be repaired @2:40. With no call, but we were in the area we stopped back in because we were in the area at 6pm.
They had not started and explained they were waiting for a reply from an email because something else needed to be repaired ......

Awful people! Tried to scam me because I'm a young woman. I had a Groupon to fix my screen and when I got there they said my LCD was also damaged and it would be an extra $150, then talked it down to $95. I asked them if what I paid on Groupon would be deducted and he said yes, then snatched my phone out of my hand and redeemed my Groupon. When he was writing my bill out I asked him again about the deduction and he said no it's $95 plus what I already paid on Groupon. I told them I didn't want the service anymore and they said well it's already redeemed. I snatched my phone

Me and my husband went to this store for fixing the phone and just want to say what an amazing store. Got my Samsung phone fixed from here and we also ended up purchasing iPhone for my nephew. Prices are better and reasonable in this store. One thing i want to say that their service is way better than other stores. Highly recommended!!!

My son broke his ipad and I needed to get it fixed on my day off. I found a place on groupon and didnt realize how far away it was. I explained how far away I lived and how impossible it would be for me to return before my next day off. The tech completely understood and said he could have it fixed in 2 hours. I left the repair shopped late lunch and got my car washed and when I returned the ipad was fixed. Eventhough this repair shop is not near ne I would return for their excellent service and reasonable price!

Horrible service. Went to fix my phone for cracked screen but after that it's speaker. And vibration stopped working . Second time I got deal on group on and they said it will be ready in 2 days . Then I was told it cannot be repaired. He told me to refund d the group on. I cancelled that after speaking to group on customer care. The.
