Broke the lcd and screen on my phone and they were able to replace it quickly and did an outstanding job. They were able to give me an accurate quote online before I came in and were very helpful while at the store.

The owner falsely claimed my iPad was dead and the LCD was damaged. This is a lie I made sure it was charged before I brought it in so they could not tell me my digitizer was broken and try to charge me more money. If you regret giving people the deal on Groupon just say that. My LcD was not damaged either. I needed a simple glass repair and they refused and tried to charge me double. Dishonest business man please avoid, total scam.

Dropped off 2 iPhone 8 Plus to be repaired and expected everything to be good after paying for the service. They swore I dropped the phone off like that but I advised them that each phone remained in a outer box case so there shouldn't be any damages. Left with new damages on my frame that wasn't there before and no remedy to fix them. Appears that they swapped out my phone for another one since mine had less damages.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! WORST BUSINESS HUGE RIP OFF. I took my phone here to replace the screen and when I got it back it wasn't working. Took it again waited 2 hours and they said it was working. Still wasn't. Went back AGAIN and they tried to charge me to fix it after I already paid 200+ and it never worked. Horrible people just wanting to take your money!!! Save yourself and trip and go somewhere else. There are wayyyyy better places in the same area!

To start off, I have a cracked screen on my phone. There was an OtterBox on my case and my phone still got a crack on it. I was very disappointed this happened to me, and I started my search for a shop to replace my screen. Let me start off by saying when I contacted the store on yelp, they responded within 30 minutes which was great! I was able to set up a next day appointment because I inquired about getting my phone fixed late Sunday night.

Greedy and lying to customers. Told me don't take sim out or we'll know ok I took it out and this what they used for the unlock and charged $82 you catch more flies with honey. Originally I said I had 11 it was $70ish then I said pro max it jumps up but it's the same sim unlocker for each device.Had I known It was a sim unlock I could have done it myself everybody knows about a sim unlock I'm thinking it was a software unlock which is why she was charging so much. Y'all save your money order from eBay. Pops right in and you're ready to go.

Stay away!!! They use very cheap parts that will have you buying a new phone. I had a iPhone 6 and loved it because I could do any repair myself. Because they are close to my shirt supplier I went in to buy some parts to fix my phone. After using there parts to repair my phone I can't get any service and I have Verizon whose service works everywhere. Buyer beware, my phone worked great for 5 years until there cheap as part. STAY AWAY!!!

Sam responded to my quote even though it was after hours. They were the cheapest price of five companies to replace an iPhone 7 screen and battery for $75 plus tax. No credit cards allowed; but it's also the cheapest price. Everyone in the store was wearing masks and gloves. Would have preferred to see some hand sanitizer bottles out there for us to clean our own hands. They had my phone fixed in one hour.
