Was told they could unlock my phone that is locked into a old roommate's cricket account that was shared. I had informed the employee I did not have my PIN. Gave him the information about the model and told him I had already contacted cricket and they said they could not unlock without logining into the app, having the account PIN or knowing the account security question. I brought my phone in as he asked me to do so he could diagnose the issue. He handed it back to me and asked me to log into the cricket app like I had informed him on the phone before I came to the store I told him I could not
