I had not been here for a few years until a few months ago. The entire time I was sitting outside waiting for my car I'm watching what looked like a mgr. white guy with long red beard talking and laughing with the guy supposed to be cleaning my car. I though idk how they are gonna get my car clean if they don't get to work. Well they didn't get it clean. I went to get in my car and looked in the back seat and they had not even vacuumed it or wiped the back windows down. I gave the guy a tip already so I just pointed out that he didn't even TRY to clean my car and told him

I came to this place to get my car washed. I paid $38.99 to have the "platinum package" expecting to have some light water spots removed and have my interior vacuumed and mats cleaned. After I tipped the guy that dried it I opened the doors and my mats weren't cleaned at all and I had to re wipe my whole car down to get the water spots off. In total I paid 48.99 with the tip included and I probably could have gotten my car cleaner than this for 10$ at an express wash. Would not recommend going here to anyone unless you want to overpay for bad service.

Needed a car wash but my usual in home wash service wasn't available. Decided to give this place a try since it's close to my home. Paid the same amount that I do for in home service and am definitely not pleased with the service provided. When I got home I gave my truck a look over and saw a lot of spots which still had dirt or their exterior dressing leaking. Grabbed a small rag and went over the spots and here is the turnout. Might as well have washed it at home!

My girlfriend and I both decided to get our vehicles clay waxed. We left our vehicles there and came back about an hour and a half later. The guy rushes out to collect the money not really letting you check out the cars. I guess we're the suckers in this one . Then after we got home we could definitely tell they did not clay wax our cars. I ran my hand over the hood of the cars and they are very gritty what a poor job. Sucks. I used to go here all the time. I would come 2-4 times a month to get a wash and wax. Used to be great. People were pretty courteous or at least professional. But there is a ton of new people here who are just rude and look miserable about their job and are the slowest in the room.
I'm sitting here right now dropping another $49.99 on a synthetic spray and car wash and feel nervous about how my car is going to be handled.

Took my wifes trailblazer in for a 35 dollar wash. I was outside their waiting room on the phone with a friend looking at the guy hand drying the SUV. I saw with my own two eyes how he broke off the cable to the rear windshield defroster. I saw how he frantically tried putting it back. I walked over and asked him if why the wire was hanging off. He just stared at me with a blank look, turned around and kept drying the truck. I then asked him who his manager was, he pointed at some "dude" with shorts, a beard and a bass pro hat on. Make sure you do a walk around before u take off...they almost forgot the tire shine,dirty door panels and crud in one of my front seats..then the attendant rolled her eyes and smacked her lips when the manager pointed it out.
Then the manager told me I had to pay extra the get my leather seats cleaned...

This is my third visit to this car wash, the first two were not good. This visit was excellent. I think there is a new Management team because everything looks different, clean and more organized and they have better customer service, I've read many bad reviews. What I can say from my experience is the workers there work very hard, with this heat and I believe we the customers should be more patientence when they are very busy

I used to go to this car wash all the time because they always did such a good job. I went a couple months ago and my car wasnt as clean as i had like but i chalked it up to they were really busy and trying to rush. I went back today and it looks like they only vacuumed half my car and did not wipe anything down. I paid for platinum so i expected my car to look way better for the price i paid. Guess it is time to look for a new place to go.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This place is a garbage place of business. Please listen to the reviews telling you this. They will scam you. We have had this happen to us TWICE.
First time, I brought my car here a month ago. Paid over $100 for my seats and floor mats to be shampooed. Came back after FOUR HOURS that it took them to wash and "shampoo" my seats to not be shampooed. When I asked the guy, I was told they did shampoo my seats when they were clearly not wet like my floor mats. Then he tried telling me that I only paid for a wash and my floor mats. They used to be great! My whole family and my friends have gone here for years, sadly just like customer service everywhere has gone way down. We had our truck detailed well, not the whole truck because they want to charge over $300 for that but this place charged $89 for each item cleaned (we had the seats and carpets cleaned) and they did not really wash(just regular wash) the truck it was dirty everywhere not even the windows were cleaned.

Let me start off by saying that it really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review!!
When I arrived, there were only 3 cars ahead of me.
1. The prices were raised almost $4 for the same wash!
2. People who came after me, received their wash before me! I had to go to the register and ask why, she went to the back and the guy to ask the guy and he said, no we are going in order. I went and asked the customers for their receipts and sure enough, I WAS RIGHT!!! They didn't even offer me my money back or a free wash!
3. They rushed to dry my car and it was still dirty!

Got my car washed today for Gold option on the listing. The employees don’t clean my car properly at all.
My dashboard is dirty , back seats still has visible dust on it. The car trim has water marks. And the Jasmine odor , did you forget putting that!!

Went in for a car wash and I wanted to get my floor mats washed as well as it have gotten pretty dirty as I had stepped on gum by accident the other day. So I asked one of their staff if they had any packages for a wash including the floor mats as well. They quickly recommended the manager's special which included the washing of the floor mats which costs 89.99. I will say that I still believe prices have skyrocketed through the roof, but after communicating with a foamy car wash representative, I understand. They have contract with uhaul which states between uses they are suppoed to clean and sanitize the inside of van. When I asked them why it was not done they say that uhaul. Which is not true. When I asked them being a car wash to kindly vacumed and wipe t the inside down they refuse to make a customer happy. So if they can t wipe down a dimple uhaul I eould not trust them with your personal cars.

I took my highlander for car wash I opted for diamond car wash which includes vacuuming. 1. Timing- dropped my car at 11.50 am and I got it back at 1.36pm. They took 15 minutes to wash and dry and 5 minutes to vacuum it. Rest is just a waiting time of around 1 hr.
2. Not good job done on vacuuming- They haven't vacuumed it below the car seats and hidden areas around the seat. Car seats itself not vacuumed.
3. Car freshener- Dimond wash includes car freshener so I opted for Lime but it wasn't done.
4. Car is washed using hand held brush, the person brushing the car does it thoroughly
