Welcome to the Deer Lick Car Wash located in the small community of Arrowbear Lake in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains. We serve the communities of Arrowbear Lake, Running Springs, Green Valley Lake, Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead and Crestline. The Car Wash features three self-serve wash bays, a touchless automatic, RV deck, and four vacuum bays.

Along with typical coin and cash changers we're happy to now accept debit and credit card payments. Orginally started as a mom and pop lumberyard and hardware store in 1956 we have served our local community for over 45 years. Having sold the lumberyard and hardware business our family owned company now operates a Car Wash erected on the original site in 1994.

Extremely expensive. Could have paid someone to wash and vacuum for 1/2

Complete rip off. Doesn't matter that I end the cycle after only a couple minutes. Every single time my card is charged 10 bucks. Today the charge on the screen was $7.78. Checked my bank account and of course I was charged 10 bucks. I will be pursuing legal action.

This place is great. I spend on average $5.50 to wash and wax my car, and it gets filthy driving up my road. Takes just a few minutes. And the best part is they accept cards, so you don't really need to worry about hoarding quarters. Sometimes the card reader is finicky, but just fiddle with it eventually it works. word of advice: wear a coat. The wind up here blows cold water at you while you are washing.

The 2 stars is cuz i just love seeing the view from my bay. But guys, no foam in my brush, no air dryer, noones refilling anything and the change machine takes your money if u dont push the refund button to get a token. Service your business. Dont be that crumbly mountain spot thats just banking on unsuspecting tourists

Awesome stop to clean off the mud and dirt off your car after a hard day on the trails. I am local and this is my spot to clean up my rig after playing out on the dirt. Can be crowded sometimes, they accept credit cards and atm at the wash stations.

This car wash was somewhat antiquated. However, it was clean and offered the basics. I park in a carport underneath an apartment complex in Twin Peaks. The apt just above my car and rusty pipes exposed, created quite a mess for me to clean up (a pipe broke in the apt and spilled Rusty water all over my car). I was thankful for this self serve car wash. I needed one without the giant brushes going around my car and this place served it's purpose. This place also is coin operated, but will also take credit/debit cards. The price is right, easy to find on the highway, and my car is now squeaky clean

This is a good do it yourself car wash
You can use quarters or a credit card. The credit card will automatically cost $10, so I recommend putting in your quarters. They also have a change machine if you need quarters. Also available are vacuums.
