It was my first time using mats car wash. I guess they close at 8 o’clock I was here right around that time as it’s an automated system. The guy was nice I went through the car wash pulled around to use the self vacuum area and in the middle of backing my car out they turned off the whole system. There’s two employees they obviously knew I’m here in the house I’m the only car here and turned it off on me. I had to track one of them down and all he could say is they closed at 8 o’clock and I said well you should’ve taken the money at 8 o’clock and if you saw me go through the car

I have used Matt’s Car Wash a handful of times. I like the proximity to my home but I’m not sure I’ll use them again. If you use this place know what service you are getting and that you actually get that service. Since going there I’ve learned not to purchase the lowest service which doesn’t get you the big fluffy buffer at the end of the car wash that gets rid of some of the dirt that their water jets don’t get and wipes down the water. The next highest price from the bottom price gets you that. Today I paid for that service and didn’t get it. The fellow who wipes down the vehicle

I’m not sure what the you me mans name was but he worked the evening 6/18/2021. He was handling the front peeping cars before they went in, he was wearing all black. I just want to commend him. I know I am meticulous about my car and he was so personable, knowledgeable and professional. He was truly the epitome of customer service. I have come here a couple time and had very poor service but this was the last straw for me. Don't worry I will say all the pros and cons for this. So to start with the car wash typically does an okay job nothing amazing but if you want amazing you should go to a self car wash. However these pictures are what happened after I got done washing my car and that is with their most expensive premium wash with the tire cleaner and everything around $15-20 after tipping the towel drying guys. The towel guys do a reasonable job for the time given but there are just a few places that should get done like
