You can't get no one on the phone, voicemail boxes are full and emails are rarely answered. Never received a key to my door when they upgraded it and repair requested are ignored. Overall between the original owners and the new all they care about is money. Our rent was paid in full on time for almost 5 years prior to our vacate notice for "Unapproved" pets which we paid deposits for. I do not recommend living here unless it's a last resort.
