Joe was great to work with in the selling of my Mother’s house. He offered valuable advice on prepping the property. Joe posted her house on Thursday and we signed the contract 2 days later for more then we were asking. Joe was very responsive to any texts and calls I had for him. He also provided appropriate updates. All the paperwork was electronic and went very smoothly. Joe is very professional and a pleasure to work with.
