Where to start?! The Owner Gary Farmer provides outstanding benefits for his employees, and as a result, the employees stick with their jobs. Clearly they are content. Today I had outstanding service from a Senior Escrow Officer at the Downtown location. Papers from my Attorney were flawed, and Mindy was so sweet and kind to wait till 7:30 pm to close the transaction that was scheduled for 3:00 pm. Heritage Title company is well known for service par excellence. They treated my little transaction in the same manner that they would handle some important million dollar conveyance.

Could this be a discriminatory act : The morning of my interview my car wouldn't start this morning ( battery) I called at 9:30 ( interview was at 10) and communicated what happened to see if I needed to reschedule or not come at all. I asked the very sweet receptionist if it's okay to still come I'll call an uber ,because I didnt want to miss this interview but couldn't control my battery in my car- she told me to still come even if I'm late. I arrived at 10:16 and was told by one of the interviewers Brenda Hindsman that we are not conducting the interview because they expect people to be on time
