Today we closed and I just want to say thank you to Kris and the other employees for making this a great experience. From the moment we walked in the door the hospitality was awesome!!! Amy Weaver and her team of Erica and Jessica are superlative! They worked so hard to get all our ducks in a row when we brought a complicated case. The communication of the team was beyond wonderful. I had so much respect for them, and they had for us in return. Calling and having questions answered was as easy as can be. Emailing answers was always so quick. I am so glad we had the escrow experience with Amy and her team. I would recommend the team to anyone who asks. I would ask for Amy going forward for any escrow we go into.

As a real estate agent and currently under contract to sell my home. I unfortunately experienced a great lack of customer service. In addition, I find it a bit outrageous they would just purge documents after 5 years.
I contacted them for a copy of my survey. The first time the person I spoke with gave me the name of the surveyors that did the survey. I called back and spoke with another gentleman and was told "their system is purged of documents after 5 years". He then just hung up.
