We had a terrible experience with this title company. They missed a $13,000 lien at closing in November of 2020. We are now unable to sell or refinance the property. They will not work to cure the lien and the title insurance underwriter they use will not cure it either. We paid over $1,100 for a title insurance policy for this very reason and they are not honoring it. Be warned that there is a decent chance that you, too, will be forced to pay for tens of thousands of dollars for a prior owner's liens if you use this company. Use a reputable title company that will work for your best interests

Go elsewhere! We purchased some land (handled our own brokering - no agent) and chose this company because our good friend worked there and agreed to give us a discounted rate. Unfortunately he left midway through our contact to close but we still chose to stay with the title company so as not to have to draw up new contract paperwork. BIG MISTAKE. 10 days prior to closing I emailed them and requested our closing documents. No response. My husband called and talked with someone several days later who told us they’d have them on the same day and we never heard anything. 5 days (3 business days

Our closing day for our first home did not go smoothly at all. They had poor communication and were hours late for our appointment due to not having the paperwork done. A few days later, we had to make another trip from Donelson to their office in Coolsprings to pick something up. They told us on the phone that they would hold it for us only to find out that they actually did not have it because they had mailed it. Yet again, poor communication resulting in more of my wasted time. Luther was great and he was the only positive out of this experience.

Poor communication. They will lie to appease you knowing they don’t have information they need to close your sale. They say will call you back and never do. We had everything we owned in a uhaul to move across country thinking we was closing on our home as they gave us a time to come in next day and would email or call us before that time with the amount needed to close sale of our new home. They never called. We called and Katie tells us we will not be closing and giggles and chuckles. My husband said why are you laughing this is not funny why did y’all tell us to come in at 10 am.
