Angie is from Mount Vernon, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.A. in Speech Communication and B.B.A. in General Business. After college, Angie moved to Nashville where she attended Vanderbilt University Law School, serving on the Moot Court Board and the Vanderbilt Law Review.
After VULS, Angie practiced as a transactional attorney with Bass, Berry & Sims PLC. During her time at Bass, Angie co-founded a real estate investment company and discovered that her true career interest was in real estate. This revelation led to Angie co-founding Wagon Wheel Title and Lockeland Law Group.

Wagon Wheel Title, founded in 2006, is a boutique real estate title and escrow company from Nashville Tennessee. At Wagon Wheel, highly skilled attorneys and closing professionals conduct and coordinate our real estate closings. Wagon Wheel offers a full array of real estate title and escrow services to purchasers, sellers and lenders on real estate related transactions.
Title insurance ensures that you actually have complete ownership of a property after you purchase it. While this protection may seem trivial at first blush, it is not. Transferring title to property is relatively easy in most states, including Tennessee. If you want to give your property to someone, all you have to do is draft a legal deed and sign it.
Wagon Wheel Title's Fee Calculator has been developed to assist Lenders (with Good Faith Estimates (GFEs)), Realtors, developers, and any other person(s) engaged in a real estate transaction(s) who need fast and accurate fee estimates for closing/settlement fees, including for title insurance, tax stamps, recording fees, tracking and release fees, and closing services/escrow fees.

Talk about a well oiled machine! Every step of the closing for the sale of our home was handled with efficiency and excellent communication. When closing time came, Brandon walked us through the paperwork explaining what we were signing using lingo we understood. Additionally, all of the team members at WWT from the moment we walked through the door were energetic, friendly, and gave us a sense that they really do enjoy what they do. To be clear, we will refer anyone in the Nashville and surrounding area who needs a title company to the Wagon Wheel team!

Very professional and courteous. I was unable to drive due to a stroke and these nice people came all the way to my work to close my refinance. They sat down with me and took time to explain each document, insuring I knew what I was signing and what the documents meant. I highly recommend them for all your title needs.

Great place to use if you're buying or selling a home. The staff is all so friendly, helpful, and professional. They get the job done and they do it right. I've had numerous clients close here and they've all had good experiences. Also you get a bottle of wine after closing, what's to not like about that? The closing attorney I use is Steve Morris and he's awesome. A little hard to see if you're driving by, it's on 11th just a little past 5 Points.
