We own an antique (c 1850) home that's been through extensive restoration.... we've dealt with many contractors (large, small, licensed, unlicensed, good, bad- you name it).
We unfortunately had severe ice damming during the winter of 2010/2011, significant damage both inside and outside, and our Insurance agency referred us to Iain Hoyte / Turn Key Restoration as a "preferred contractor". He and his crew did an extraordinary work- the quality, timeliness and overall professionalism was impressive.
We experienced an extraordinary flood in Spring 2011... having just worked

Iain's company did an extensive remodel while we remained in the home. He was on time, on budget and always professional, communicative, honest and respectful of out home - as was his crew. They cleaned up after themselves after each day's work. Changes were discussed in advance; no surprises! Iain is a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him
