J&J towed from a property that didn't have there name on none of the entrances, did not reported the tow to law enforcement in a lawful manner claiming the vehicle was not registered although license plate was clearly displaying, July 2022, the MAKE and MODEL was clearly visible along with the COLOR, so how it not entered in the police tow logs? where can I seek Justice?pop

The guy behind the window was nice, the tow truck driver was driving like a maniac reversing and pulling forward at 40 and 50mph until he finally picked up a car and flying out with it, at one point he almost took down his fence and me with it.. and im not exaggerating either. Dude is a loose cannon and needs to be stopped.

This company rarely came when called to haul cars illegally parked off of our private property. After reading the numerous bad reviews I guess I’m not surprised, though I’m extremely disheartened. Hopefully everyone will do like I will and report this business to the Attorney General. Sounds like they could use an investigation into their business practices.

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. Why Progressive or any insurance company would do business with them is beyond me. The "owner" Jane, who I don't think is even the owner, hung up on me after I told her I was still on hold with my insurance company about an issue with overage charges with towing. Any overage towing costs I have always paid directly to my insurance company and I wanted to speak to them before giving out my card information to a random towing company. I was never asked for payment when they picked up the car and her own dispatch who originally called

The worst towing company in the world. The biggest problem with his company is their employees. They went to the wrong address pick up my car. So instead of calling me back they just drove off. When I called the main office the person woman I spoke with was the biggest POS that I had ever spoke with. I was told I'd have to reschedule and wait another three hours for a pick up. They are a low class operation. And if anybody tells you how great they are they must be a relative of the owner

This place is run by a bunch of low lives! Unprofessional and uneducated humans. As its "family run" the service can only be as good as the people running it. I think that says it all.

This review is just based on the customer service over the phone. My car needed to be towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start, and it was fairly late in the evening. I had called my road side assistance company who called J & J towing. I wanted some more details so I called the towing company directly. The lady I spoke to was so nice, and patient with all my questions. She was also able to schedule the tow first thing when they open the next morning, so I don't have to say up late waiting for the tow person. Towing companies are not known for being flexible, accessible

Be very careful. I have a suspicion that J&J has a kickback scheme with Firestone shop at 2020 n University. After telling the driver i wanted the car taken to another shop, not Firestone. He took the vehicle and drop it off at firestone. I didnt even know there was a Firestone in that plaza. The driver was friendly! but that's no way to run business specially after my insurance gave J&J instructions on where i wanted my car towed to

Absolutely the worst towing company ever, the dispatcher had to send three different drivers to my location which is less than 5 miles from where they are because her drivers don't know how to find a customer when I gave them the address I have been broken down on the side of the road with my daughter for over 2 hours and all they can do is say they are sending a third truck
