Tried to trick me in paying $500+ for something that was not needed. Stay away! I called Reliable Irrigation System to fix my sprinklers. They charged me $75 call fee, cut some wires in the outside sprinkler box but didn't connect all. I asked about cut wires and on call person said "oh its not needed". He told me underground wire needs to be replaced and gave me quote for $500+. He also quoted me $180 labor to replace the sprinkler controller (I literally replaced the controller in 5 mins, and because of this I got some doubt about rest of the quote as well).

Terrible service and communication between the main office who takes the appointment and the technicians doing the work. I scheduled a start-up appointment and indicated that I had an underground leak that also needed to be fixed. I also communicated this to the technicians when they arrived and showed them the location. They started up the system and then claimed I didn't have a leak. I questioned them, but they insisted.
After leaving my water on overnight the same signs of a leak was present. I called them back to fix the leak and they said they had to charge me $75 for just coming to my house

Working with this company was incredibly frustrating. Long story short, we had them come out to fix a leak & claimed they didn’t notice it. The leak persisted so we asked them to come back & fix it. They insisted that although they came out once & charged us a $75 service fee, they would need to charge us another $75 “service fee” on top of our bill. Why were we financially penalized because your workers didn’t get the job done the 1st time? Take your business elsewhere or you’ll be ripped off.

I called Victor in the morning and he was able to come out in the afternoon. He provided me a quote on the phone of the cost of the repair. What I needed fixed was the sprinkler head, it was not screwing into the ground. When he came out he completed the job in a timely manner and produced a great result. He repaired the pipe, sprinkler head, and even replaced the nozzle to make sure the sprinkler covered the respective area. There was a discrepancy in the cost of work as I did not know there was going to be an up charge. He handled this in a very professional manner and we ended up coming to a

The entire team was outstanding. They were extremely professional and did outstanding work. We had them put an irrigation system in for our lawn and flower beds. To complicate the matter we had 12 flower beds up the side of our house which was roughly 125’. They were able to install the heads into each bed and when finished you would never know that they had to disassemble part of the wall. The crew was out early on a Saturday and finished up on Monday because of the size of the job. Did I mention it was 90 deg both days? Outstanding job

Service is professional and courteous. David is very knowledgeable. I had many heads that needed maintenance and he not only replaced them but moved some because my landscape has matured since the system was installed.

Some damage was done to our irrigation system during an unrelated landscaping project. With new sod having been put down, it was imperative that we get the sprinklers up and running again ASAP. Victor and his crew (with whom I had no prior relationship) were very responsive, understood the urgency of the situation and was very patient and thorough in working thru the multiple issues, eventually getting us back on track.
