This is the 3rd Irrigation system we have installed using Western Irrigation over the past 34 yrs. The forst ystem we installed back in the 80's was with Jeff's dad. Jeff and his team have always done a great job and been very responsive with any service needs we've had over the years. They follow up their work with service including the annual turn on & off services and RPZ backflow testing. I would recommend them without hesitation. Be patient. They are very busy. TM

I have been a reluctant customer of WI for many years as they put in my system years ago. I have to have them restart the system each Spring and close it in the Fall. $95 + for each trip. They are incredibly slow in scheduling an appointment and seemingly inflexible on days and times. When I expressed my displeasure recently they wanted to know why I was still a customer. Wow--that is arrogant. I do not recommend doing business with these people. And please let me know if you know of another company in the business. RSM

I paid in full to have my irrigation system set up for summer in March. Last year they had my irrigation system up and running by end of April. This year I’ve called three times and have been told that they are running behind. My schedule date is June 7th…in the meantime we’re experiencing a drought and I can’t use my sprinkler system because they’re 6 weeks behind. Their excuse is a late start due to weather and having 3000 customers. I’d suggest finding an irrigation company that is not inundated with too many customers so you can get quality and timely service. Update: Keep in mind

We moved into a home that had this irrigation system in place. We called them to come service the irrigation system and they told us they had to mail us a form to sign which could takes weeks for us to complete. They wouldn't email or do it electronically which is insane in 2021. Second when we asked how soon they could come out to get this up and running they gave us a 2 month lead time minimum. We will not be using them and will switch companies.

Western Irrigation was highly recommended by several neighbors that worked with them on new sprinkler systems for existing properties. When I received quotes, they were not the least expensive, but their quotation was very detailed and the equipment they quoted was superior to those quoted by other options. Once we decided to proceed, Jeff coordinated entire project from permit to scheduling with new landscaping we were installing with our landscaper.
