Our history began in 1981 when Werner founded Werner E. Tietjen, P.E. Consulting Engineers. Our firm has been providing top quality engineering services to the New York Metropolitan area and beyond ever since. Starting out as a two-man office, Werner has grown the company and its reputation to become one of the leading MEP consulting firms in the area.
The firm has successfully completed projects ranging from apartment building boiler replacements to large-scale athletic complexes. We are constantly committed to being a step above all others. Our mission for every project is to implement the most energy efficient system possible while working closely with the owner and architects to stay within budgetary and practical constraints.
Werner E. Tietjen, P.E. is the founding principal of Tietjen & Venegas Consulting Engineers, PLLC. He founded Werner E. Tietjen, P.E. Consulting Engineer in 1981 and has tirelessly worked ever since to establish a pristine reputation as one of the top MEP consulting engineers in the area. Werner has extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design.
