Finally, you can get Carmina shoes in NYC. These guys have good collection, great and warm service (free from any type of forced selling or judgmental behavior unlike some other places).
I walked in, picked up Chelsea boots that I was after; asked for my size, tried them on, took advice from the person who was serving me and asked them some questions I had. They were more than happy to answer and even sorted out the TOPYs to be put on my shoes. They then took care of the delivery to my work address in Northern Virginia. Really weak customer service. In from out of town and was excited in to buy some shell cordovan in rain last. Landed and first stop was Carmina. Entered and got 0 service. Lady behind counter kept doing absolutely nothing. Waited 15 minutes before another lady that was working even acknowledged my presence. When one is spending $1000 on shoes they are paying for a good experience too. Note to the manager Richard, your in Manhattan, rents are high. You cannot afford not to make a sale .
I will take my $$$ elsewhere probably to Alden.

Worst shoe buying experience ever. I came in and said I was going to do some lasts sizing because the company offers a lot of different lasts. I only own one pair of rain last from this company and wanted to try some different ones. After trying two sizes in Inca last, i i asked the manager/sales associate to write down my size in this last. He just handed me the papper and was basically expecting me to leave the store. I told him i wanted to try more lasts to see how they fit. I tried two different ones and found one that was fine. I asked the guy to try some boots in that last - the stock is

Purchase some opera pumps with shoe trees on 11/28/19. Received the pumps and they fit and look great. However, I did not received the shoe trees. Called several times but no one answered the phone. Called the NY store to speak to a manager or an assistant manager but neither were working. Great shoes but poor customer service. It seems to me that the website should indicated that the shoe trees are out of stock. Why pay for something that it takes over 2 months to receive. Highly disappointed customer! How do I get a refund for the shoe trees?

A magical little store hidden in NY. I walked by and was instantly captivated by the window and decided to stop in to Carmina. I felt like I stepped into the Beast’s library from Beauty and the Beast but with shoes. The staff at Carmina are incredibly personable, polite, and knowledgeable. I was not used to wearing a shoe that felt so tight but they explained that the style I was wearing would stretch over time. The staff let me browse but also offered recommend and suggestions when I could not decide. The shoes are all handmade in Spain and are of beautiful craftsmanship. The prices are incredibly

Having the worst online experience a customer could experience. I ordered my shoes here in the US only to receive a text from DHL telling me to pay $195.00 for the delivery. Carmina claimed the shoes were out of stock in the US so they had to ship the shoes from Spain. I did not pay the delivery charges and still have not receive the shoes. Made several calls and every time is a waste of my time. I will never purchase from them again. I have lots of choices.

Purchased a pair of boots from them. They were great help, and the customer service is superb. It's a small shop so they won't have every possible color to at least see.
You can bring in your Carmina boots to get a free shoe shine. The customer service is reason why I will get another pair of Carminas before trying another high end boot.
