Services
The goal of our Passport Program is to restore you to health. We understand that every person under our care has distinct requirements for therapy. Your individual rehabilitation is tailored to a series of realistic, short-term achievements based on getting you home. Our services are designed to give you the skills and abilities needed to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
My recent stay (10/24 - 11/1) at BHC was such a good experience that I wanted to say thank you. All of the staff shows the right combination of skill and professionalism while being friendly and caring. The call bell is answered promptly and with a smile. The food is very good. I usually had 8:00 am physical therapy and really appreciated the cart with coffee and muffins before 7:30.

Bethel Outpatient and Wellness offers a comprehensive Outpatient Therapy Program designed to help you recover from surgery, an accident, illness, or manage debilitating symptoms. Our program prides itself on a one-to-one patient to therapist ratio. Each program is specially designed to meet the individual's specific needs and to help reach the highest level of function.
We believe a smile is contagious. We strive to pass one on to you! Our center works hard to provide each and every patient with the highest level of care, with a warm smile. Each member of our care team is carefully trained on customer service standards. We use a nationally recognized service to monitor patient satisfaction.
