The character of people with whom I do business matters.
Today true character was witnessed firsthand. My young and beloved German shorthair pointer had bolted from my truck when the door was opened and was running free for four hours. I had been driving the neighborhood and fearing the worst, as the area is bordered by a highway. The good folks at Delano rental called me with Remi and would not accept a reward, but we’re just happy that I got my dog back. The way they handled this was truly exceptional. Karen and her staff at Delano Rental were absolute perfection!! From the very first day we walked in to choose and reserve items for our daughters wedding up until the day of delivery and set up we were always kept informed on all aspects of the order. The tents are all in top notch condition and the white chairs were impeccable!!! I would highly recommend Delano Rental for any and all special occasions - if I could give a 10 star I would!!!! You will not be disappointed with them :)

Update: The following day Doug called and apologized for the rental issues and made things right.
Renter equipent for household project. When I arrived for pick up it was not ready to go. Got home and it would not stay running. Attempted everything for 3 hours to get it to run. Contacted office and was told they had a second one available and to come swap it out. Due to wire already spooled I had to take parts off 1st one prior to returning. When returning the machine one staff member stated they’ve had issues with it and he told them to junk it.
An hour of drive time I finally had running

We have rented many pieces of equipment from Delano Rental and have always been satisfied with the equipment and the service they provide. We recently rented a tent, tables, chairs and linens for our wedding. Delano rental answered all of our questions, responded to emails quickly and most importantly everything arrived when promised. We used Delano Rental for our backyard wedding reception and it turned out to be an excellent decision. It was mid-September, so we weren't quite sure how the weather would pan out. The experienced crew at Delano Rental provided us with excellent advice and direction. Karen was a huge help with her suggestions for the tables and chairs, linens, and seating arrangement. And she saved our wedding from being a cold, muddy, wet disaster by providing last-minute gutters and elegant looking side walls for the tents, as well as heat lamps.

I have used Delano Rental a number of times (moving truck, chair rental for a shower and tent, table, chair and cooler rental for an outdoor wedding) and couldn't have been happier with the service I have received every time. Doug, the owner, is very helpful and accommodating. The guys that came out to do set up for the wedding were polite and efficient. Everything went off without a hitch and all of the guests were impressed with everything. I would highly recommend Delano Rental!!!
