Always so accommodating. We’ve rented multiple items from Grand Rental Station and keep going back. Affordable and love supporting small, local businesses.

Wouldn't do business with them again. Better customer service wouldn't hurt them.

Fast friendly service and equipment was in great condition. They even explaine how to use items before you leave if you are unfamiliar with what your renting.

Not a place to rely on if you are on a schedule. Didn’t have my chainsaw chains sharpened when I was scheduled to return to pick up a stump grinder. Then called me to pick them up when I got 20 minutes away. Their response was, “well now you can come back and get them”. Next day I double checked on the chipper reservation for the next day, made a couple days before.
“Well do you have a reservation!?”
Turns out no, and they argued with me about it.
The place is fine as long as you keep expectations low and don’t have a schedule to keep.

As others have said, awful customer service and front desk. Woman on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful, hung up on me when I didn't pursue the rental. So glad I didn't give them any money. I'd sooner do the job by hand than rent from them.

Very friendly guys working there when we rented from them. They always greet you with a smile and offer to help with whatever to have your needs met for you. Very impressed

Picked up a manual sod kicker on a Friday night for a week long rental. Realized on Saturday it was dull after not being able to cut more than a few inches.After busting out a shovel, which worked much better, I was too tired to return the thing until Sunday at 11 am. The woman at the counter seemed to be having a bad day and didn't care that it was dull. She told someone it needed to be sharpened, demanded my credit card and promptly charged me 42 dollars for the weekend rental rate, never once apologizing or offering to reduce the charge, or thanking me for my business. I will gladly drive elsewhere

Second time using them to rent large event canopies. Great prices and Jane always gives us excellent sevice and recommendations. We are lucky to have something like this in our small town. Solid selection of tools and equipment available as well.

Unbelievable customer service!
I rented a Bobcat and a hydraulic fitting broke off. This set our project back a few hours as we had to purchase a new fitting. The wonderful people and Grand Rental Station didn’t charge us for the extra rental time and even reimbursed us for the fitting.
I cannot say enough how well we were treated!
