My husband and I were moving to California from the East Coast as our boys lived in San Francisco. We sold our house right away and they wanted a quick sale, as if that wasn’t stressful enough So we flew to California and arrived in Yuba City for the dreaded “apartment hunt” only to spend 4 hours going from one place to another. At 4:45 we arrived at The Place Apartments where we met the sweetest person ever Chloe, she welcomed us with open arms and a smile that would light up a room. Of course it was time for her to close up for the day but she stayed late and showed us around. She stated

The place apartments is a great place to live. It is very quiet and safe. The management and maintenance are friendly and caring and ready to help. They want this complex to be a place you feel good to come home to and they succeed at creating and maintaining that atmosphere. I liked that they were watchful but not intrusive it makes it a very safe place. They have a special place just for the dogs and walkways too. It is close to anywhere you want to go in town. If you are looking for a place to call "home" here is where you should be. I think you will love it as much as I do.
