First off let me just say I was very impressed the minute I walked in the office. I was so happy to see a smiling face and positive attitude . The grounds are well kept. The apartment I saw was very nice. The laundry room and pool area were both very clean.
I did get to set and watch the office manager handle an issue with a current renter. She handled it with respect for the lady and offered suggestions for this persons issue. I liked that a lot. After my visit I spoke with several long term renters who informed me that issues are handled fast and all of them said that the office and maintenance

I cannot even begin to describe how happy we are with The Hidden Place apartments and the management company they are ran by. The manager, Rhiannon is absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and kind to us, helped us with everything and answered every single question we had((even the dumb ones!))
Move in day, she even got us a welcome basket!❤️
The units are so cozy, so warm and homey. We have never felt so at home anywhere in our lived as quickly as we have here!

Negative stars would properly describe the outdated over priced so called apartments. The management is as you find it. Beware the manager is in it for the cash they are more than willing to charge you, THROW away the final checkout out cleaning list because you will be told rudely how bad the apartment looks by the manager. Leaves the manager looking as you to will find it.

A bit overpriced for the area considering average income here (moving in especially so - I think it was deposit + 2 months rent), but that's more the fault of the housing shortage. Quiet enough, many residents are military or veterans, maintenance will come at 2am if necessary in under an hour, new land lady is competent and kind. Haven't had any unresolved issues in 2.5 years now.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!! They are lovely apartments themselves - don't get me wrong. I was really excited to move here because the units are very spacious and pretty and it's in a good neighborhood. However, I moved into a unit that was INFESTED with fleas - and I mean infested. In less than 24 hours of being in the apartment, I was covered from head to toe in flea bites. I made the landlord - Martha - aware and she is a complete -----. Not to mention she tried to get me to move into the unit faster than I wanted to KNOWING it had a flea problem.
