Terrible experience. Unprofessional employees. I saw their ad on Facebook and Instagram, decided to go. They tell you to drop off your phone. Which I did. But should've gotten a bill before I left. On the ad, it says you can get a IPhone 7 Plus fixed for $59.99. Long story short, when I went back, the total was $93.76!!!! Oh because when we gave you the quote, we didn't realize your phone was a plus. Gave me the run around and I never talked to a boss or manager. It's been over a month now.

It's a bit of a drive from me but I heard great things about this place from my sister so I went. You walk into this store kinda hesitant but you leave HAPPY!! It's like three stores in one (cell fix included). It's usually the same person at the desk and he's very nice friendly and helpful! Had my phone done in about 15 min if that! I stayed inside the store until it was done like the wait was nothing! The second time I went to get my phone fixed there it was the same person, same pace and I left happy as usual. I totally recommend cell fix.

I definitely had second thoughts about having my phone repaired here due to the appearance of the store and the tech who replaces the screens did not have my particular screen in stock. He was kind enough to place an overnight order for me and offered a discount for me having to wait. I am pleased with the amount of time that it took for him to replace the screen. Literally had my phone back in my possession within 25-30 minutes.
