As the receptionist and financial coordinator, I am able to interact with our patients on a daily basis to help make their orthodontic experiences positive. My duties include helping our patients with financial arrangements, billing, coordinating with insurance providers, and answering any questions they may have.

I have recently completed orthodontic treatment with Dr Hong. The process spanned approximately 3 years. Dr Hong and her staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with throughout the entire experience. Each and every visit, no matter how routine or extensive, was prompt and professional. Dr Hong and her team consistently created a friendly and comfortable office environment.
***Rates were also very reasonable and her payment plan solidified my choice. I would highly recommend using this business***

How to loose 8 thousand dollars in 10 mins...
If i could give less i would. I didnt even get a chace to even review the actual orthodontists because of rude reception. I scheduled off of work, called them to let them know i was running 10 mins late and they wanted to reschedule. The part that pissed me off is that i was about to spend at least 8 grand with them and they are turning you around for 10 mins scheduling you for only 30 mins and being rude about it. I cant do business with an establishment that has this type of culture. Ill take my money elsewhere and I recommend that you do the same

Today was my first appointment at 4:00pm . Was told to get there 15 minutes early . I signed all paperwork by 4:00 pm. At 4:24 pm I decided to go to the front to see what was taking so long. Was told that they was finishing up . 4:35 pm I went I the office for an consult. The staff asked me a few questions and walked out saying she will be right back . I waited and waited . Looked outside the office and she was sitting at the front desk on the computer . 4:51 pm I was still waiting so I walked out. Very unprofessional . Don't make a appointment here . It will be a waste of your time . They ignored
