I come here often when I’m at work and always love it. I’ve been gradually working my way through their menu and have loved everything I’ve ordered so far. They build the sandwich right in front of you and allow you to customize to your liking. (If you want to save a couple dollars, get the BLT with no avocado)
Staff has always been super friendly and helpful to me. I look forward to my next visit!

Not plane err plain food
I've been here before and the reason I come back is because for airport food this is good. After checking in for the Hawaii quarantine rules with United, I knew I need food since the airline is presently not offering meals. This is quick compact and not messy unlike my Bun Mee sandwich. I know you read that review.
I got a cold sandwich because it would be awhile until I ate it (you know boarding and 30k feet till drink service) and I wanted the veggies fresh and bread soft. Don't get me wrong the veggies are fresh I just didn't want my tomatoes and

Klein’s is ok. The sandwiches are not the best but they do the job. The staff is friendly and pretty efficient. I’ve been both for lunch and breakfast. I keep forgetting the breakfast sandwiches are on the bland side. Next time I’ll ask for some butter or Mayo on the bread, or an extra piece of cheese.

Spent $13 on a sandwich with extra protein. Let me say that again. $13. At the airport. Yes!!! You're not hallucinating - this is a STEAL considering the quality and location. Other places will easily charge $15+ for a subpar cold sandwich. Come here and get something warm and will make you happy.
I got the Haight which was basically a BLT on sourdough. I got half turkey added for $1.50, very worth it. Sandwich kept me full for the next 5 hours as my flight kept on getting delayed :(

My friend recommended this deli place for me because she says it's good. Also, the fact that she's Jewish, you can go wrong with that right? Good sandwich but it was pretty expensive for a sandwich. I know being inside the airport could be the factor. I just wish they would have included a side with it as well. Good service but expensive food .

The loves and I had a layover. We came here during a stop in the airport. We needed something quick! We saw the deli and gotten in line. This was like a subway but seemed like fresher and fancier deli meat and products.
I had ordered the Castro and the loves had ordered the mission. We opened up our sandwiches on our plane ride and the cheese had pulled apart from the slices so beautifully. Haha.
The sandwiches were delicious! We enjoyed the Castro more! Most definitely stopping by here again if we ever stop in the airport.

Staff is great and food is pretty good and fresh. Sandwich made to order. Like all restaurants in the airport, all orders are charged an 2% extra on all orders to compensate for employee benefits. This is written in small fonts on the display and charged automatically at the register. This should be absorbed by the owner and included in the price.

We went here on the way bank home to Maui. It was close to our gate so we decided stop here. I looked at the menu on the board and decided to get a turkey sandwich since I live turkey. I added bacon and avocado which was extra charge.
The guy who made my sandwich was friendly and fast.
But the guy who rung me up was a grouch, in a bad mood or whatever. He just wanted to get rid of us as fast as he could.
The sandwich was tasty. Cut in half.
Very expensive for a sandwich..
