I am going to strongly encourage you to train your drivers when they are traveling. In Missouri, we have what's called a Zipper Merge. You may have heard of it. In case you haven't, it's where two flowing lanes of traffic flow all the way to the merge point and then come together in a single lane similar to a zipper. It's done this way to eliminate backups and if used properly, it works wonderfully. It's a law in my state. It's also on bright orange signage in our construction zones. First off I'm a former employee of TDS. I worked for TDS for over a year only to set for 2 months and be fired with no explanation at all. I worked for this company and bent over backwards only to be told when my house burned that if I went home after 2 weeks that I had already been on the road to take care of my wife that had smoke inhalation and or 2 week old daughter that I would be fired. After I just had lost everything I owned. I stayed against my better judgment at the time but me and mine needed the money more than anything. I've personally seen there drivers steal products from trailers

15 years on the road and perhaps the most unsafe driving i have ever seen. I witnessed 2 TFS Transport driver's race one another South Bound on I81 through Scranton, PA to Wilkes-Barre, PA while bobtailing. Their speeds had to have been in excess of 80 mph in a 55. Both trucks were weaving through traffic and tailgating cars as close as 3 feet behind at appropriatly 60 to 65 mph. Tractor number 3033 was the worst. The license plate was too damaged to read.
