Do not buy these shoes. I bought them from New Zealand, they arrived in reasonable time but one of them broke (wire fault) after three wears. I've asked five times for them to replace or refund (through contact email and Facebook) and had no response what so ever from anyone. Obviously a problem ignored is best policy. BUY ELSEWHERE or risk wasting your money.

I placed an order online August 7th. I received order confirmation and money Withdrawed from my acct. It's now the 13th, no shipping or tracking info. Contact portal on website has yet to get back to me. After multiple attempts over the last few days.. And the 1800 number is unavailable. Smells like a scam so far to me. This is for birthday present so unfortunately they won't be getting it seems. I will be contacting my bank for fraud and hope I can get a refund that way.
