I love the treatments I have received. I always had a small trouble area and the emsculpt has given me the results I haven't gotten with working out. But also the team are amazing they make you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail. If you have concerns over certain areas they will be sure to target those areas. I have hit my target goal with my fat reduction and muscle build but I still go for the red light treatments which keep my skin glowing and reduces wrinkles. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place if you are looking to learn how to eat clean, balanced and lose a bit of weight! I was slightly overweight and was tired of trying fad diets as I would always gain the weight back after I was done with my diet. Liz has helped tremendously to get my eating on track. I have lost over 30 pounds, sleep better and focus better throughout the day. I do this now due to being educated on how to eat properly and following my new eating habits all without being hungry!
