Needed someone to come help get lug nuts off a tire, we told them we need a breaker bar. Mike shows up, tried ONE time to do it and said he can’t help. Just wanted to put it on the tow truck and let it sit. Waste of time and money. Had to pay for a service for him to do absolutely nothing. Would not recommend this place for nothing. He also stated he was in the business for over 20 years, we couldn’t tell. I knew it was going to be a joke as soon as he pulled out a chincy 4 way- the same exact one we had. He wanted paid for doing NOTHING!!!!! Which, he got it, unreaL.

My husband's car was hit tonight. We called EVB at 7pm for a tow. They took our information and said the wait time was lengthy (about 90 mins) which we were ok with because we were at home. 2.5 hours go by and my husband calls to check in at 9:30. The lady on the phone said she was "just about to call us" to tell us the tow would be here within the hour. 75 mins later, no tow.
We ended up calling to cancel - such a disgrace. Do not recommend.

Great towing company when your son wrecks the car on the Pennsylvania turnpike and you need help. Be calm and patient, the reason you are waiting might be a traffic fatality or four.
First class, your car is safe, they know and cooperate with all towing companies. When you go in, you will see how safe your vehicle and belongings are.
Thank the good Lord my son is safe, was sober and is paying for his accident out of his own money. I gladly paid the first class towing!

Do not recommend. Price agreed was different than price charged (was quoted $50, charged $75). Placed the dirty and wet flat tire on the back of the SUV (instead of placing under the car), causing the (new) car seat to get dirt. When I called back to discuss about the price was told that they never quoted me the previous price, and I was wrong.
Will certainly look for a more trustworthy and attention detailed company for my future towing/road assistance needs next time.

I have been bringing my cars to Bowe's since I moved to Conshohocken. I found my experiences to be courtesy, honest, and genuine. Gerry, the guy working behind the counter, really goes above and beyond to help customers. During the winter months, I frequently stop by to have them check and adjust my tire pressure & they do it at no charge! They're flexible with scheduling and always able to accommodate!!

Had my battery replaced here about a year and half ago. Last weekend, I was having trouble with it so I brought it back since I had a 6 year warranty. They looked at it and replaced it but the labor alone was almost as much as getting a new battery.. talk about nickel and dimming you! In addition, their service adviser left me with an unpleasant customer experience (just didn't care) and I will not be back here unless my car breaks down in their parking lot!

On November 14, 2013 at 9:45 PM I parked my vehicle at the parking lot operated by SEPTA at the Ardmore, PA train station at Station Rd. and Lancaster Ave. I'm familiar with a few of the vehicles that park overnight there and that night was no different, having noticed the following morning that they had not moved. However, the following morning at 7:20 AM I noticed my car was towed, while theirs were not. The regulation on that lot is that NO overnight parking is permissible, and that a parking permit for that lot is only applicable during the day (http://www.septa.org/stations/rail/ardmore

Short version: Don't take your car here for state inspection. Long story: Took my Subaru Forester here for inspection in a pinch as I was short on time and didn't have a chance to go to my regular mechanic. I will say that the staff was polite, and the shop offers a courtesy shuttle and whatnot. However, after the inspection was completed, I was informed that three of four struts were leaking, would need to be replaced to pass inspection, and was quoted what seemed like a very high number. I told them to hold off on the work, paid for the inspection, and then found time to take it to
