The location is easy to get to and it looks great. They're really nice and seem happy to help. Best of all, I got the nicest mani I've ever had and in record time. My nail tech was really good and her technique was awesome to the point that I think I learned a few nail polish tricks just from seeing her do her thing.

Worst experience in 25 years of getting my nails done... the pedicure was short and not so sweet... no massage to speak of AT ALL... had a brand new set and some were lifting.. she took a couple off... and tore up my natural nails... then put mountains of acrylic overlay. When I told her it was too thick she actually yelled at me.. never in 25 years have I not given a tip... 80.00 and now I have to find somewhere to fix them... thick and spilling over my nail-beds. Don't use this salon...

Probably my worst experience with a nail tech. It took him over an hour and a half to do my a natural dip powder set. He filed the sides of my nails so much my skin I have abrasions on 3 of my fingers. He didn’t make sure my nails were the same shape or length. This is the most painful nail experience I’ve ever had.

Came for hair cut. Mary the haircut rushed and finished my hair cut in 15min. She did not put her mind in my cut and turned out I got uneven hair on two side. Left was shorter than right. She did not bother to dry my hair. The price here is higher than anywhere else while you get the worst service. Don't come. Find a different hair salon is my advice.

I had a French manicure dip and went to have them done again at this salon. The person poured the solution in a bowl to get the old dip off. The solution was full of particles and colored polish. Since I didn't have color, I knew this had been used. I told her it looked dirty and asked if it had been used on other people and she said no, which was not true and I was disgusted soaking my nails. I asked for a tip on a broken nail and she said it was too low...what??? That is the purpose of tips! Very spacious, clean, welcoming, salon with a nice amount of booths and seats for hands and pedicures. Good color selection They have a nice wax room and they have the option to use sugar wax. Nice music selection helps you to relax a little. The pedi seats are comfortable and massage nicely. Overall the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my services and would certainly come again. The police was called on me. I'm still shocked at the experience that I had for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would, the Older man is completely rude and unprofessional ! We were a group of 4 two adults and two children. We all had appointments for toes and nails they started our appointment 20 minutes late and after getting pedicures we sat into the chair for nails. If you're very particular about your nails, I do not recommend this salon. The gentleman who did mine did an okay job but took exceptionally long due to the fact that I told him to re-do my nails because I did not like that the dip powder was not sticking to side of my fingernail. That shouldn't have been a problem in the first place! He proceeded to moving forward with the service as if it were not a big deal. This salon is very clean, and they offer a variety of services. The staff is generally friendly, and they have a lot of different colors. That being said this is not the place you come if you want your nails styled. I mean if you want any shape that deviates from square and any special design this may not be your place. While I have had some luck with select techs getting an almond or coffin shape right, you have to hope they're there and not busy. I write this review in shock of how my last 2 visits have gone. 2 weeks ago I went to VIP Nail Salon for a Dip Powder Manicure for my birthday weekend. The lady was unable to do what I requested so we settled for something else. Before fully allowing my nails to dry, she brushes them leaving a bunch of lint on my nail in which I noticed once I had already left.
With the mindset of, people make mistakes, I went back today and again, had a bad experience. I got a gel Manicure with the wax option (extra cost) and a Dip powder manicure. My one toe has sways in it, my finger near the cuticle was filed

I used to be a regular 3 years ago when the salon was under different management. I went yesterday for a pedi because i was in the area and was mortified by the depreciation and downfall of this once spa gem. It smelled like cigarettes, I'm pretty confident the techs are not licensed or certified. It was complete disarray, absolutely no massage in a $60 treatment, utensils seemed dirty. Swear I'm gonna get a virus after this experience. DO NOT GO.

My go to nail salon. Cindy and tracy are my favorites but honestly everyone here does a good job. They are friendly and good customer service. Good to make appointments but they do take walk in's, you might have to wait a couple of mins.
Remember to take cash with you for tips, if not they do have an ATM machine inside.

I stopped in to this nail salon following my appointment at Ideal Image. I'm relatively new to the Maryland area, and I live in Frederick. However, I needed a pedicure and I wanted to treat myself, and this place looked like the perfect place. I'm so glad that I did. I was greeted upon entering, asked what service I'd like to have completed, and instructed to sign in. Since this was my first time here I went with the first available technician, who happened to be Cindy. Very pleasant and I was very satisfied with get work. I got the classic (basic) manicure and upgraded to the Spa Rituals pedicure. Everything was reasonably priced. My total came to $55.00 before tip. They also offer waxing and lash extensions. I will be back again.

Why oh why do I forget how terrible this place is. I keep trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves.
I got a gel manicure. 3 days later... it started peeling. I went back had the three nails redone. Two of the three nails began to peel 2 days later.
Its been two days and so far no additional peeling.
They didnt offer anything for the inconvenience, I won't be back... ever. And this time I mean it.
