Laptop not charging, the guys replaced outlet input cable. I took back home and still not charging, next day took it on the store and the guy told me that he made his job yelling…. So he didn’t repair and didn’t want to find the real problem. Wasted time and money

Weak. Unfriendly on phone and in person. Overly, unnecessary mask protocol.. And opposite of any in depth assessing of technical issues.

Nope nope nope. Took a failing external drive in along with a brand new-in-box drive to have them transfer what could be saved. First guy was nice and was able to transfer about half the files over. BUT when I went to open the drive the permissions were locked to 'read only' so I could not add any files to the new 4TB drive. Clearly a formatting mistake, but the owner immediately started yelling at me and saying I should have told the guy how to format it?? Like I'm the tech guy? He said I'd have to pay again to get them to unlock it. Like getting your car sorta fixed and then having to pay to

Took two phones in to fix the charging port after Tmobile told me I needed to get a new one, and they gave me a great price and fixed it after simply cleaning instead of charging for a full repair. Trustworthy and honest.

This establishment is supposed to be an Amazon Locker. Closed during posted business hours.
Was in need of some items during my cross country traveling so I put an order in with Amazon a few days in advanced because I was going to be in the area. I figured I can just swing by and pick up the important items on my way, but I stopped in and it was closed.
Now I have to leave town without my items. This place is too unprofessional to have affiliation with Amazon. This establishment should NOT be a locker for Amazon if it can't stay open the hours it says it will. Hopefully their other services are

Called in the morning and asked if they were opened today (they said at 10am) when i got here at 130pm there was a sign on the door saying they weren't there. How unprofessional.

Omar was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I initially went in went to see if my watch’s battery can be glued back together; he did such a fantastic job I returned the very next week with my laptop that stopped working in 2019. Long story short, I had to return couple of times before I could verify all the issues with my laptop were actually fixed. Other than the multiple trips I had to make, the services were reasonably priced. I’ll definitely return.

Such a cheap place. 49 bucks to fix anything. Apple stores are closed right now so if you forget ur password he can fix for u. He can still unlock for you. Master of all trades.

He has taken care of my laptops for years. i walked in and he served at least 6 other customers, everything from full size desk systems to cell phone screen repairs, in a matter of 2 hours, while i waited for my repair. Happy, my computer works, and people like him, and are in unusually good moods when they leave. Even the other customers are helpful

Very friendly, fast, and caring service. I came in with an offset DC jack on my laptop, and he was able to fix it within 10 minutes, and told me it was on the house. Would recommend to everybody. Best experience I've had at any repair shop.

Don’t go near the place paid 95dollars to get my screen repaired to step out the door and find a crack on the screen and wouldn’t compensate me for anything.. terrible terrible business asked to speak to a manager and got refused. I was told he didn’t have a contact for him

Said laptop would be fixed in 4 hours, didn't hear from him for nearly a week. I'm a student and missed many deadlines because of this. When I came to store, all of a sudden bill was 160$ when plastered on the front is 49$ ANY REPAIR- (I did not buy any new parts). had to call the POLICE to resolve the issue, because he threatened to take my laptop… APART and wouldn't let me SEE my laptop before I paid. He didn't even do half of his job- and now my computer is slower. STEER CLEAR. They are a scam. The cops just told me they do this all the time!!!

These guys are awesome! Cracked my iPhone 6s screen a while back, and I finally decided to get it repaired. Stopped by their office, and had my phone back, good as new, within 20 minutes. I'll be back if I ever need any of my electronics repaired!!! Thanks Omar!

Went in to get my iPad repaired during my lunch. The price was extremely reasonable and after talking with the attendant he even gave me a discount! I dropped off the iPad and went down for lunch at Subway which was only 1 floor under and by the time that I had finished eating it was already done for me. Really good service, professional, and welcoming. Will definitely recommend in the future.
