Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

Worst place to rent from I lived here 2 years and recently moved out December 2020! I left the apartment very clean and was told I would get my security deposit back. Weeks & weeks have went by no communication from anyone I’ve called the apartment complex & corporate multiple times and still no help! I’ve even went into the leasing office twice still nothing! Finally i talked to someone today and they said our deposit went toward them replacing the carpet, but I’m confused aren’t you suppose to change the carpet for the new tenants? Why are we being charged for something you have to do

The worst place ever anyone rating any higher than a one is either not living here or is being paid for positive reviews. Read all the reviews. I lived here for a number of years and my rent went up every year and when ROCO took over things went downhill fast. Utilities are NOT included you are charged every month and any credits that you are promised take MONTHS to appear. They scam you out of your money. NOT worth it!! Find a SAFE place to live because this is not it!

I don’t recommend living here at all. From the first month that we moved in we had issues. I only ended up moving here because it was the first place that had something available for the situation we were in at the time and I couldn’t wait to move away from this place. We were shown an apartment that had all new countertops and carpet and was told that was the exact unit we would get, when we moved in Ciara lied to us telling us someone already rented that unit and they made a mistake. The unit they put us is did not have new countertops, which were worn out and painted over several times.

I really enjoy to live in this apartment . I have a great experience of a friendly surrounding. Everything is great. Sometimes we usually host a party and it's really fun to join. I would recommended you to move in if you want to live in a nice place with cheap price. They also have pool which is great. The staff that work in the office are really friendly. In some emergency situation, they're really quick at solving the problem. It's the best apartment in Southfield by far.

My husband and I loved living here. Staff treats you like you are part of their family. I am in a wheelchair and from the beginning they help to accommodate the apartment to fit my needs. If you have an issue with your apartment they are very quick to respond. All of the staff is courteous. We lived there for 15 months and we loved it. It was a blessing to have lived there.

I have lived here for 8 months and my over experience is a -1. My neighbors car tires were stolen and left sitting on bricks and my apartment was burglarized 2 days before the new year during the day, due to the main entry doors ALWAYS being broken and open to anybody. Kids and teenagers run up and down the stairs and play on people doors and sit in the hallway all day. the property manager has no concern for residents safety. I can not wait till my lease is up in a few months. If you can please avoid this place with ALL measures. It's not safe and not worth your hard earned money "Everything
