Item arrived damaged. Owner wont replace. We received personalized wooden book rack as a baby shower gift in October last year. Immediately upon opening the box we could see one of the legs had been smashed. Here is my interaction with the sore:
1. Called and spoke to the store assistant who said she would have the owner return my call.
2. After waiting for two days no-one called me back so I called again. This time the store assistant put me straight through to the store owner. The owner apologised for the damaged item and said she would have it replaced. She said the guy she uses to

I've been shopping at Handcrafters for the past 6 years for my children and for baby/birthday/housewarming gifts and I can't say enough good things about this store.
