2021 was a rough year on my bank statements, and I almost exclusively blame B&H Photo (and my impulsive decisions) for this. 😄 When it comes to photography equipment, they've got you covered. So. Many. Options! The website is streamlined, easy to use, and easy to order from. In a 4 month period, I placed about 10 separate orders. The shipping was always free, even with 2-3 day delivery, and the orders always arrived on time and in great condition. I've never needed to use/call customer service, but based on other reviews, I expect it would be a good experience. I really can't speak more highly

I updated to a 4 star rating because they ended up resolving my issue.
The online store customer service is really rude. Hah I spent $600 on a camera B&H sent me two completely loose in the box haha and then yelled at me for asking if that’s normal. I like the camera once it got sorted out 4 times over…
Follow up: I purchased a used flash and it came perfectly bubble wrapped! I knew the CS rep Barry T was wrong!

I've shopped here for a number of years and have always had a great experience. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and don't press for immediate action if you want to weigh your choices before buying (or not buying). The range of equipment available is impressive and the store, in person, is impressive, too, for its size, demo units, and its merchandise conveyor belt that gets your things to the checkout region.

This place is awesome. Wanted some lenses for my Panasonic GF-7 and was able to actually sent up a zoom call with them. I believe his name was Stefan, he was awesome, showed me all kinds of cool features, gave his opinion, and then let you make the choice. I will order all my camera stuff from them. I have been shopping at B&H for many years. What I like most is the large assortment of cables, fasteners, velcro straps, clamps, super-clamps, and endless other types of small but necessary peripheral items, stands, tripods, extension poles, auto-poles and digital hubs. Their sales persons never rush me or use high pressure sales tactics. In fact they often educate me while verbally sharing their knowledge in a way that I can understand.

One of the best electronics stores in the United States and the world. Service as always excellent, with employees speaking more than one language (Spanish and Portuguese). You can order through the website and withdraw after three hours in the store. I highly recommend visiting, even if you don't want to buy anything.

The definitive camera/electronics shop. Huge facility with excellent inventory. When consulting with a sales professional, you can touch and feel the camera you are shopping for.
Professional sales staff are experienced and quite knowledgeable. Customer parking lot is on 34th street across from the store.
This is an extremely well run shop making for a great customer experience. Highly recommend.
