Acne is a common skin disorder that occurs when hair follicles become plugged by oil and dead skin cells.
At Monarch Dermatology & Surgery, we specialize and focus on the treatment and removal of a wide range of skin cancers, excisions, destruction, and benign lesion removals. A state-of-the-art procedure for removal of large or aggressive skin cancers, or cancers located on cosmetically sensitive areas such as the head and neck.
At Monarch Dermatology & Surgery, we offer the best possible cosmetic treatments, including botox, fillers, hydrafacial, microneedling, chemical peels, and specialized products to restore your skin's natural beauty. A wrinkle is a fold or crease in the skin. As we age, the supportive components of our skin, such as elastic fibers, collagen fibers, and hyaluronic acid, a substance that maintains the skin texture get destroyed slowly.
After two days, remove the dressing. Clean the wound with soap and water, apply a generous amount of vaseline or aquaphor, a nonstick bandage (i.e., Telfa) and Hypafix or paper tape. Repeat these instructions twice daily until the wound has completely healed (at least 2 weeks). If bleeding, apply direct constant pressure to the area for 20 minutes.

At this point I am very frustrated and will not be going back to this office. I had a biopsy done 10 days ago. I know the results are back as I have called three times to get the results, each time to be told someone on the doctor's staff will call me back...but no call. Now I have been told I will have to wait the weekend and will hopefully get a call on Monday, two full weeks after my biopsy. I hope this means that it is good news and nothing to worry about, but until I hear that I am stressed and full of anxiety, which clearly means nothing to the staff. I wouldn't wish this type of service

Started seeing Dr. Larsen at Monarch almost a year ago. I was suffering with severe hormonal acne and had tried everything in the books. Every visit was pleasant and friendly! I’m going to miss this team and am so appreciative of all the help. I was very embarrassed and ashamed. I felt gross and was uncomfortable showing anyone how bad it really was under my clothes. Everyone, I wish I could personally name them all made me feel completely valid and heard. So much compassion. I am proud to say a year later I am completely acne/blemish free. For the first time I’m wearing my bare skin and not

I have seen multiple dermatologists since I was a teenager for different skin related issues. Out of any dermatologist I've seen, Dr. Larsen is the most compassionate and caring doctor I've met in my life. His staff is polite and well organized and always is happy to be of help. Dr. Larsen, himself, listens to his patients concerns and creates a solid gameplan regarding expectations and next steps that's easy to understand for patients. Having an unsightly cyst on the side of your nose is never fun, but Dr. Larsen is there to reassure and provide the most abundant care possible. If you're looking

Dr. Larsen is amazing. I have Medicaid and I’ve come to realize some places treat you differently and rush you out the door. Not only was the front staff very kind at Monarch but Larsen and his assistant took their time to make me feel heard. I truly appreciate the experience and hope they have given me.
