Founded by Dr. Sarah Bair, Crossroads Dermatology opened in Longmont, CO, in 2018. Dr. Bair has practiced in the area since 2010 and is both rooted in the community and committed to serving patients throughout Northern Colorado and beyond. Dr. Bair is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD) specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology including the treatment of the skin, hair, and nails. She prides herself on offering exceptional care with a personal touch. Dr. Bair graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and holds an undergraduate degree in finance (B.S.B.A.), summa cum laude from Creighton University.

This was such a comfortable, efficient and professional appointment! Going in for a skin check is never fun, but it really was quite easy. My little boy had to come with me and they were so kind and included him so he wasn't scared about what was happening to mommy. I ended up needing a biopsy and the whole time I felt noticed and cared for - can't recommend Crossroads enough!

Crossroads Dermatology is a professional, well appointed office with warm friendly staff. Dr. Bair has a caring, compassionate bedside manner with proficiency and treatment that is rare these days. I enjoyed visiting a physician who took time to connect with me personally, clearly not driven by the demands of corporate medicine.

Dr. Bair was friendly, well-organized and very proficient. Although our visit was conducted in a businesslike fashion, I never felt rushed and she took time to answer my questions. She offered great advice but left it to me to make my decision regarding treatment. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Bair and staff for an excellent visit!
