Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
I had to put my mom's cat down. Everyone there was extremely sympathetic and empathetic. Even though this was an Emergency/Urgent Care hospital, they made me feel like they had been the vet for the cat's whole life. The whole entire staff reassured me in every way. They made this very hard time easier do deal with. Thank you!

We had a situation with our dog 12/30/21. We were able to get an appointment and have her seen. We had to make a hard decision and let our dog Princess go. The staff was amazing and helped us with this transition. Jim and I thank you for your kindness and support.

Excellent emergency services for a price. The veterinary staff was amazing and very nice throughout the process of seeing my dog when he woke up that morning in a lot of pain. $500 later he was diagnosed with a bad back due to his age and given pain meds, which most certainly have helped. The only issue I had was paying the same amount I paid at a different emergency vet after my miniature poodle was attacked by a Rottweiler and needed stitches, Staples, sutures, and meds. If it's an emergency and your only option I'd definitely recommend it. If it's not an emergency if recommend trying to find

JUSTICE FOR OPAL!
Friday night we came home and noticed opal hurt her leg, she was clearly in pain and needed to be treated. I asked around for references for urgent care vets as the doctor for ours was out sick. I looked into a few and decided on Ark. Fast forward to today we brought are baby there hoping for help and to make our sweet girl better. They put opal under did xrays and casted her leg, I got a call from them telling me my cat had passed away from the anesthesia . So 500$ we still had to pay and had to bring our healthy happy 9 month old cat home to bury. She went in A HAPPY HEALTHY

The techs and doctor were very nice and took amazing care of my chinchilla. They answered all of my questions and took their time with me. My chinchilla need to have his teeth trimmed under anesthesia, went home on pain medication, an antibiotic and nutrition supplement. Due to covid you have to call in the morning in order to get an appointment for the animal ER. They were extremely reasonable for the charges for an exotic animal. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

This past week, we had to bring our beloved dog into be euthanized. This was the most difficult decision we had ever had to make. The staff provided compassion and privacy. They allowed our dog to pass with dignity and showed him the caring as if he were their dog. They allowed us unlimited time to spend with him. ARK had always provided our dog the best care and we so appreciate their help and staff.

These guys are awesome and I would definitely suggest them to others. About a month ago I was at work and found a tiny little kitten who was flea infested and full of worms. I called about 20 vet places in my area and farther and this one was by far the most helpful and responsive to me! I called in the morning and by noon they called me again to let me know they had space to see the kitten. I brought her in and she weighed in at 1lb 10oz. They brought her into the back and checked her out and told me that she was 3 months old but severely malnourished. :( They helped me out with a flea treatment
