Welcome to Greece Animal Hospital, Rochester's choice for compassionate, high-quality veterinary care. We offer personalized services in an intimate environment along with safe, effective pet care products. We are always accepting new canine and feline patients. We want you to feel comfortable and supported here.
The following individual(s) is designated as alternate to give consent for services in my absence. The designation remains in place until the hospital is otherwise notified. As the owner, you are still responsible for any charges incurred by the consent given by the alternate individual. NOTE: For the safety of all animals here, it is our policy that all animals be up to date with their vaccinations in order to be hospitalized or boarded.
Once your pet's medication is ready to be picked up a representative will contact you. Some refills may require a visit prior to filling. If there has been a change to your pet's medical status or your pet has not been seen in over 6 months, you may be required to set up an appointment prior to a prescription refill.
A team member will meet you in the parking lot and individually bring your pet(s) in for evaluation and care. You may choose to wait in your vehicle during your pet's examination or return at a later scheduled pick-up time. Thank you to everyone who has contacted us to schedule appointments for their pets since we were given the go-ahead by NYS to provide wellness care and elective surgery last week.
