I highly recommend this service for IPhone repair.. Vladimir is very professional and courteous . When I arrived at the store , he promptly detected the issue with my iPhone, He told me the exact price and time frame of one hour for repair. He completed the repair 20 minutes earlier than he had estimated .

My new iPhone froze and none of the ordinary fixes like shutting down to restart would help. I was panicked as it was 5:30PM on a weeknight. One phone call and one short trip over to Ivpfix and all my problems and worries were resolved in minutes. These are nice, competent people who provide a real service to the greater West Hollywood area. I was looking for a fast screen repair service since I really needed my phone back. I've cracked the screen and back glass of my iPhone. It felt down when I was getting outside of my car in West Hollywood Whole Woods Plaza. It was just a luck that their store is located next door. It took 30 minutes to fix my phone, while I was doing groceries. Price was fair, and they also put a free tempered glass which was a nice surprise! Thank you very much, I would definitely come back again :)

First phone I brought in for repair, iPhone 7 Plus, the replacement screen was low quality. The colors way different from Apple and lower resolution after he pitched me originally on how good the screen was and how I couldn't tell a difference which was a complete lie. Within a few days it was glitching on me. After his refusal to replace it at no charge with a new screen, I had to take a screen video to record the glitches and show him when they happened. Finally after going out of my way, he gave in and replaced the screen

This place is AMAZING!!!!! OUTSTANDING service!!!! I dropped my iPhone 7 in the middle of the busiest street in Weho -Sunset & Crescent Heights. I didn't realize I had lost it until an hour later. When I found it the phone and protector screens were cracked and smashed from end to end and the metal that covers the home bottom at the bottom was twisted. In addition rock or metal had been compressed into the screen to form small impact craters. On a wonderful recommendation I was told to take it to IVP FIX. I stopped by after work to get my iPhone 8's screen repaired. Not only had the screen been cracked for a while but it had recently stopped responding to any touch.
The guys behind the counter were excellent. Within 25 minutes I was walking out with my phone fully functioning again - with a new and responsive screen.
iVPFIX was faster and cheaper than any of the previous stores I've had repairs done. I will definitely be back if I'm having problems with any device in the future.

After a lot of time researching and trying to find the most reputable place to fix my shattered iPhone 7 plus, I ended up finding IVPFix. And I'm so so happy I did. Everyone working was extremely helpful and efficient, I walked in and out in 20 minutes. My fiancé was also able to sell his old iPhone 7 for a really fair price.
