I feel ripped off by this place. I was in a rush that day and wasn't paying attention to how much things cost, so I understand that I agreed to pay the price I was given and I was not lied to or cheated.
I was charged $20 for a film protector on my iphone 10, when a film protector costs a few dollars for three on amazon. Then $20 again for a very basic clear iphone 7 case. Lastly, I was charged $16 for a iphone earphone converter when it's only $9 at the Apple store.
I understand for the convenience there is a mark up, but $20 to put on a film protector? Seems way too much. I think

I needed to get an Iphone 11 pro max repaired. It had a line on the screen that wouldn't go away. The screen needed to be replaced. I got there around noon, dropped off the phone and he inquired if I wanted the official apple screen for $300+ or the generic screen for far less, I don't recall price. I asked what the difference was and he explained if I were to trade in apple phone in the future it would need to be an apple screen. Considering I never trade in my phones, as I see no point considering I can sell it online for more than what a store would give me, I said generic one was

I cracked my phone and everytime I saw it I would contemplate buying a new phone. It's just that every other function was fine so it felt like a waste to abandon my current one for a new one. Decided to get the crack repaired and it has brought me peace of mind. Very happy I brought it here. It was ready in 20 minutes and they added a free privacy screen cover.

My iPhone11 had a broken screen they replaced quite quickly which was nice. Unfortunately the touch screen now has issues. Either it is too sensitive or not sensitive enough at times. Every now and then it just acts wonky and things start moving all crazy. Sometimes if I'm on a call and want to put it on speaker the screen becomes inactive and I have to press the power button to snap it out of sleep which sometimes ends the call I'm on so that's an annoying new development. I wish they would have told me of this risk as I learned after the fact that this can happen when not using

Sam - who repaired our phone was awesome!!! He was super fast, friendly, and did excellent work. I used to buy the Groupon for repairs, but the quality at those other places are pretty bad. The clarity on the screens come back slightly pixelated. It’s worth the money to get the best!
