I dropped off my wife’s iPad to get the screen fixed which she uses everyday for school and work. The guy tells me that there might be more things wrong with the iPad. He even called me about the situation and that the price will increase. I told him no problem I will pick it up in a week, he agreed. A week later I came to pick it up and when I arrived the iPad was still in the same condition as when I first brought it in. I found this business online. I thought that the customer service & performance would reflect the online reviews; boy was I wrong. I thought the guy working there was being attentive when I told him that I had dropped a weight on my phone while at the gym. The result was a cracked screen.
