Do not get your phone fixed here. I got my screen replaced after it cracked. When I got it back the touch is clearly delayed and the screen quality is worse. I also got my scratched camera lens fixed which actually made the situation worse because it would no longer focus on close things like if ur taking a photo of a paper or a label it’s completely fuzzy.

I was over charged for my Google phone screen repair. I had a tough time getting the job done. The staff is very rough and rude in talking and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. In case of any phone repair please go anywhere else but here!!!!! The job was done but I had to pay way extra and could do it cheaper elsewhere but the guys wouldn't agree and decided to over charged me after the job was done so I had no choice but to pay the money and get my phone. Extremely poor service !!!

Okay (4:45) I get out of my car and the phone hits the ground and a sharp stone right below shatters the screen and phone unresponsive. Call Wireless solutions on Columbus in the 70s and tell them that I need the screen replaced and diagnostics ASAP before 6pm (their closing my next pick up). They are busy with clients but say bring it in and can't promise but we'll try to help you.
Cool, calm and collect the manager assured me that they could take care of it and I would be back in action.

Went there to get my cracked screen replaced for my Oneplus 3. .After an hour, when they told me the phone was fixed, I couldn't hear anything through the headset, then I had to wait another half our for them to fix their mistake. After getting the phone home, I started noticing that the screen would freeze periodically and in less than 10 days the replacement screen started jetting dark blotches on it..
