I went in recently for a cell phone screen protector. This vendor gave me the protector but the advice given on selling iPhones wasn’t in line with the market. This was advice about selling my old iPhone. When I told him that I had sold my iPhone on eBay, he asked me why I had sold it there when there are eBay scammers, and there are sites that do local pickup or you can sell it to Apple. eBay is always a good option, and you don’t have to worry about scammers if you’re selling as long as someone has made a payment to you (what else can a customer do? and for buying on eBay it’s generally

I’ve been here several times to fix broken screens. These guys are the absolute best in the city. They have the best prices for the quality of their work. They are very friendly, professional too. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my phone as good as new and they were SO friendly and helpful. Significantly less expensive than the last place I had a phone repaired (same repair for my iPhone 6). Omer who fixed my screen was so helpful and cheerful. One of the best customer experiences ever. I can say with confidence that this is the single best phone repair store in the City. Extremely professional, intelligent and kind staff. I've contacted multiple places before coming here, but no other place has been this professional and helpful. (Gave me a free diagnosis as well.) Extremely convenient location. They are very prompt in yelp messages. I cracked my iPhone 6 LCD na they were the only shop giving me a first time discount. Most places quoted 99$.
Anyway they repaired my phone in 20 minutes or maybe even less. Two very friendly people work out of one room on the 6th floor. They are very courteous.
They even checked my battery and told me it was fine.
Highly impressed. Might go back to buy used unlocked phones :)

This is my first Yelp review after being a member for years, but I wanted to shout out to Buy&Fix Phones for a great customer service experience.
My phone screen was badly shattered to the point the home button was falling out. Omer took extra time to remove the components, clean up the glass shards, and replace the screen. He even gave me a discount and a free screen protector because it took extra time for the difficult repair.
Cut to a few weeks later and I had a minor issue with the replacement screen. Omer inspected the phone and replaced it with a new screen free of charge.

Great service - cheap, quick and reliable! Moreover, After my initial visit, I had accidentally dropped my iphone in water, and the staffs checked, fixed, cleaned my phone without charge - best customer service ever!
Update: after all that, my screen started to show purple spots. I thought this would be it and I would have to buy a new phone. But, the store also changed my screen for free. Customer service can't get any better than this...

I had a really good experience here. They had me in and out in less than an hour and replaced my iPad screen and made it look brand new. I waited while the repair was getting done. They gave me wifi access and let me charge up my devices. Great service with a smile. I'll definitely come back in the future and recommend my friends, family, and colleagues.
